We therefore have a proactive skills-development policy that involves anticipating the expertise we will need to cater for developments in our research and development projects.
We have defined the skills we will need to roll out our strategy through 2010 and thereby mapped out our staffing requirements in the light of our objectives contract. We will focus primarily on in-house staff mobility.
