IFP Technologies (Canada) Inc., IFP's outpost and Beicip-Franlab's representative in Calgary, works to facilitate the application of IFP's exploration-production and environmental technologies in Canada. The company provides services using the technologies developed at IFP. Its customers are mainly small independent oil companies operating, among other things, "difficult" or marginal fields.

In some cases, IFP Technologies (Canada) Inc. participates in the operation of the fields studied by IFP's researchers, who can then track the results of their work using information gathered on fields under development.
