RSI's dynamic simulators cover the complete life cycles of the processes and provide customers with solutions they can use to:
- guide and validate engineering choices
- design, optimize, and validate control strategies
- train operators to run the units.
 

Highlights of 2008

The remarkable results achieved in 2008 confirm the relevance of RSI’s position on the market for process simulation solutions for the oil industry.
 
Its record number of new orders, the growth in business at its operational centers (Grenoble, Houston and Beijing) and its increased profitability demonstrate that a company specializing in the provision of process simulation solutions can compete with general suppliers of simulation software and control systems for oil production units.
 
In order to further strengthen its position in this market, RSI has taken over the assets of one of its historic competitors, the Autodynamics division of the American company Trident. Thanks to this operation, RSI has added a new dimension to its activities, completing its technical offer and improving its market coverage.
